This year, I’m stepping into a new way of holding space for transformation— First + foremost I want you to know that you deserve to be deeply held.

I know firsthand how intense and life-altering it can be to shift patterns, reclaim your power, + honor the sacredness of life. Over the last year, I had the privilege of being held by one of my most beloved mentors in a nine-month container. It was one of the most nourishing + transformative experiences I’ve had. I was able to release old patterns, rediscover the sacred in daily life, + build boundaries that honored my essence.
